I Think About You In The Summertime
Last night I went to go see New Kids on the Block (NKOTB) with my older sister and well what can I say other then it was fun. While waiting for the show to start I ran into two teachers from my school, names not going to be put on here, but they had beer and they were trying to hid it hahaha. Anyways they were they to enjoy the show and I hope they did. :) The Jabbawockeez opened for them and I was blown away by the stage presents. Sure when you see them on TV you are blown away by the dance skill they have but when you see them live you can see why they are America’s Best Dance Crew. Hell, they are quite possibly the best dance crew in the world. After they finished their performance they removed the masks and told us that Denver, CO was an important place to them because one of the crewmembers passed on in Colorado. THEY WERE AMAZING and I am now and forever a Jabbawockeez fan. RIP Kendell and MJ.
What to say about the main act? Old? Kinda Cute? Anyway you put it they still have women, who were 6-15, when they were big throwing bras, panties and themselves at these guys. I was actually excited to see all of this cause it was hilarious. When they first came on stage they opened with “Summertime” which is off their CD that was release last year called The Block. As the show continued it was awesome especially since there was a ton of older drunk woman that ranged from all job titles; The Unemployed – Nurses even some high school teachers. In the middle of the show some of the members of NKOTB were brought out to different locations in the venue. Danny Wood and Donnie Wahlberg were the two that walked in front of our section. Danny was the one that was in section 202 which was next to us. Everyone else was spread out. :P Anyways it was fun. Hanging Tough was the song they ended with and I loved how they got the crowd of older women that had to go to work early the next morning all drunk and wild.
i was just thinking of a song to use for my gnarly work out jam of the day. this one is perfect. i love this song<3
